Make sure you have all the information you need to deal with this challenging part of HR’s responsibilities.

This 1.5 hour webinar will explore the following topics:

• The investigation

• Without cause: What do I owe?

• ESA vs Common Law in the construction industry

• Human rights and termination decisions

• The termination offer/termination meeting
