Event Description
Emotional intelligence begins with understanding ourselves. In this interactive workshop, participants will discover how their automatic mental patterns influence the way they respond to pressure, communicate with others, and lead through challenges.

Grounded in the evidence-based Positive Intelligence® framework, participants will learn practical mental fitness strategies to quiet self-sabotaging patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and respond with greater clarity, empathy, and intention. Rather than simply managing stress, they'll learn how to build the mental capacity to navigate difficult conversations, improve collaboration, and perform at their best—even under pressure.

Through reflection, discussion, and practical exercises, participants will leave with practical tools they can immediately apply to both their professional and personal lives.

Participants will:

- Increase self-awareness by identifying the mental habits that influence their reactions under pressure.
- Strengthen emotional intelligence by learning to respond with greater intention, empathy, and clarity.
- Learn practical Positive Intelligence® mental fitness techniques to quiet self-sabotaging patterns and build resilience.
- Improve communication, collaboration, and trust by recognizing both their own patterns and those of others.
- Leave with simple daily practices they can use to sustain mental fitness and perform at their best.
